ALL OUR PLASTIC PACKAGING IS 100% HOME COMPOSTABLE
Our treat bags are made from cellulose which is derived from sustainably sourced wood pulp. This means not only is the packaging home compostable it is also derived from natural sources (as opposed to fossil fuels), so will not harm the environment when it breaks down.
ALL OUR PAPER PACKAGING IS FULLY RECYCLABLE.
It was important to us that all our packaging was as sustainable as possible. That's why we have chosen kraft paper for all our paper packaging. Our kraft paper is made from 100% recycled materials and is fully compostable and recyclable.
HOW DO I DISPOSE OF YOUR PACKAGING?
Treat Bags - Our treat bags can be home composted or disposed of in your kitchen compost (food waste) bins. If these are not available to you, then they can also be popped in your green bin, although please check your local restrictions first.

Shredding - Our shredding is made from wood wool, which is 100% biodegradable, compostable and recyclable. It can be home composted or placed in your recycling or green waste bin.

Kraft paper - Our paper packaging can be composted or recycled in your usual recycling bins.
​
Cardboard Boxes - Our postal boxes can be recycled in your usual recycling bins.
ALL NATURAL, VEGAN AND WHEAT FREE INGREDIENTS
We use only natural ingredients with no added preservatives! All our treats are made from Vegan ingredients. Our oat flour and apple sauce are homemade in our kitchen.

WHAT IS THE DISPATCH TIME?
To maintain freshness, all our treats are baked to order, therefore please allow up to 7 business days before dispatch.

If you need an order sooner, please get in touch before ordering to see if we can accommodate.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
At the moment we offer UK delivery only. Delivery time is 2-3 business days from dispatch. Delivery is £3.50 per order.

Free Delivery: We are currently offering free delivery in the Abingdon and Witney areas in Oxfordshire, please choose this option on checkout. We will then be in touch to arrange delivery.
HOW DOES YOUR DONATIONS TO DOG CHARITIES WORK?
We will be supporting a chosen dog charity every year to ensure we can spread the support around. This chosen charity will receive a % of our profits.

Alongside this we are also looking to donate to other dog related charities throughout the year. Be it donating products for auctions, or to treat dogs in need, we are open to suggestions! If you have a charity in mind that mind that might like our help please get in touch!
ARE YOU REGISTERED WITH THE FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY?
Yes we are!

All pet food manufacturers big or small have to be registered with the FSA before they can start trading. We also test all our treats for their analytical composition, further details of these can be found on our product pages. Please find our registration number below.
